ViFit Lite @ International Plaza

Located at International Plaza in the heart of Tanjong Pagar, ViFit brings group reformer Pilates into the rhythm of city life. Our studio features 10 Merrithew SPX® Reformers and 10 Merrithew Pilates Chairs, combining two complementary pieces of equipment in one energising group class. Flow through controlled Reformer movements to build strength and length, then challenge your balance, stability and core control on the Pilates Chair. Set in a contemporary, welcoming space, each class offers a dynamic full-body workout and a chance to pause, reconnect with yourself, and make movement a rewarding part of your weekly routine.
