Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance

 

Welcome to ViFit! We’re excited to have you join our community of Pilates members and instructors. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and ViFit — a platform operated by Job2AI Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. 

 

By using ViFit, whether as a member or an instructor (or both), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you’re not okay with any part of these Terms, please don’t use the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time — we’ll do our best to notify you when that happens, and continued use of ViFit means you accept the changes.

 

We’ve designed ViFit to connect people who want to practise Pilates with instructors and studios across Singapore (and eventually beyond). Whether you’re booking a class or offering one, our aim is to keep things simple, fair, and respectful for everyone involved.

 

2. Account Creation & Eligibility

 

To use ViFit, you’ll need to create an account. When signing up, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — and to keep your details updated as needed. Each person is allowed only one account, and you’re responsible for everything that happens under it, so please keep your login details safe.

 

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian will need to create and manage the account on your behalf, and supervise your participation.

 

By creating an account, you can choose to participate as a member, an instructor, or both. Instructors may also use the platform as members. All users are expected to follow the same community guidelines and code of conduct.

 

Instructors must complete a verification process before appearing in search results or accepting bookings. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that contain false information, violate our Terms, or compromise the safety and trust of our community.

 

3. Booking & Class Participation

 

ViFit helps you discover, book, and take part in Pilates sessions offered by verified instructors at participating studios.

 

As a member, you can browse available classes, view instructor profiles, and make bookings directly through the app. Some classes may take place at studios with their own policies, facilities, or house rules. By booking a session at a studio, you agree to comply with the venue’s rules, which may vary. We don’t maintain a list of each venue’s policies, so please check with the studio directly if you’re unsure.

 

As an instructor, you’re responsible for keeping your availability up to date, showing up on time, and providing a safe and respectful class experience. You’ll be able to view and manage bookings through your ViFit app.

 

Please note:

  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Minors must be accompanied or supervised by a parent or guardian during classes.

  • If you're running late or unable to attend, members and instructors are both expected to notify each other promptly through the ViFit app (where possible).

 

ViFit provides the tools to connect and coordinate, but the actual class is a direct arrangement between the member and the instructor.

 

4. Payments & Fees

 

ViFit uses a credit system called ViFit Points (VP) to make booking and payment simple — whether you're in Singapore or overseas.


For Members:

  • You’ll pay for classes using VP, which can be purchased directly in the ViFit app.

  • You can buy the exact number of VP needed for a class, or choose a larger package to receive bonus VP and extended expiry dates.

  • VP do expire, so please only buy what you expect to use. However, if you buy a new package before your current VP expires, the expiry date of all unexpired VP will be extended.

  • All purchases of VP are final and non-refundable. Please review your purchase carefully before confirming.

 

For Instructors:

  • Instructors receive payouts based on the total number of completed bookings.

  • We consolidate your earnings and release payouts once they exceed a minimum threshold (you can see details in your instructor dashboard, or contact us to find out more).

 

ViFit reserves the right to update our fee structure or VP packages at any time.

 

5. Cancellations & No-shows

 

Life happens — but when it does, we ask that both members and instructors try to give as much notice as possible.

 

For Members:

  • You may cancel a booking through the ViFit app, as long as you do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled class.

  • If you cancel within this window, your ViFit Points (VP) will be refunded automatically.

  • If you cancel with less than 12 hours' notice, or don’t show up, your VP will be forfeited in full.

  • If a class is cancelled late by the instructor or the studio, you’ll receive a full refund in VP.

 

For Instructors:

  • If you need to cancel a class, please do so as early as possible to minimise disruption.

  • We expect instructors to maintain a high level of reliability — frequent cancellations or no-shows may affect your visibility on the platform or your eligibility to receive future bookings.

  • If an instructor cancels a class with less than 12 hours' notice, a penalty may be applied to their account, and the member will receive a full refund in VP.

 

We’re building a respectful, dependable community — and keeping everyone informed is a big part of that.

 

6. User Conduct & Community Rules

 

ViFit is built on trust, respect, and a shared love for Pilates. Whether you’re a member or an instructor, we ask everyone to treat each other — and the studios you visit — with consideration and care.

 

By using ViFit, you agree to:

  • Be respectful to instructors, members, and studio staff at all times.

  • Arrive on time for your classes and honour your bookings.

  • Follow the instructions of your instructor during sessions, and let them know if you have injuries or health concerns.

  • Keep your interactions through the app and in-person free from harassment, discrimination, or abuse of any kind.

  • Not record or photograph classes or other participants without explicit consent.

  • Use the platform fairly — no spamming, fake profiles, or misuse of the booking system.

 

If we receive reports of behaviour that goes against these standards, we may issue a warning, restrict access, or suspend your account. We also reserve the right to remove content or reviews that are offensive, irrelevant, or violate these Terms.

7. Content & Reviews 

 

We love hearing from you — whether it’s a review of a class, a rating for an instructor, or feedback about your experience. When you submit content through ViFit, including text, photos, or ratings, you agree that:

 

  • Everything you share must be honest, respectful, and based on your own experience.

  • You must not post content that is abusive, false, misleading, defamatory, or violates someone else’s rights.

  • You grant ViFit a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy, display, and publish your submitted content — for example, to feature it on instructor profiles or promotional materials.

  • We may moderate, edit, or remove reviews or other content at our discretion, especially if it goes against our guidelines.

 

Instructors may also provide written bios, images, and other content to describe their background and services. By doing so, they confirm that they have the right to share that content and grant ViFit permission to display it within the app.

 

8. Platform Rights & Liability

 

We’re constantly improving ViFit — which means we may add, remove, or change features from time to time. While we aim to provide a reliable and smooth experience, we can’t guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or secure.

 

ViFit reserves the right to:

  • Update or remove features or content on the platform at any time.

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

  • Take down classes or instructor profiles that breach our policies or raise safety concerns.

 

We do our best to connect members, instructors, and studios, but we are not responsible for the conduct or performance of any of these parties in an actual class. The platform provides access, booking tools, and payment handling — but the class itself is a direct arrangement between the member, the instructor, and the venue.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • ViFit is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during or after a class.

  • We are not responsible for cancellations, no-shows, or dissatisfaction with services provided by third parties.

 

Please use good judgment when booking or offering a session, and reach out to us if you encounter any safety or trust issues.

 

9. Privacy & Data Use

 

We care about your privacy and take our responsibility to protect your personal data seriously.

 

When you use ViFit, we collect and use certain information to operate the platform — such as your name, contact details, booking history, and preferences. This helps us personalise your experience, process payments, match you with instructors, and improve our services.

 

By using ViFit, you agree to our collection, use, and storage of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes:

  • Sending you service-related updates (e.g. booking confirmations, instructor changes).

  • Recommending classes or instructors based on your preferences.

  • Contacting you for feedback or support.

 

We will never sell your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted partners — such as payment processors or cloud service providers — strictly for the purpose of running ViFit.

 

You can access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you withdraw consent for essential services, your access to certain features may be limited.

 

10. Venue/Studio Agreements

 

Some classes on ViFit are held at independent studios or other venues, each with their own rules, safety procedures, and terms of use.

 

By booking a class at any such location, you agree to follow the venue’s rules and requirements, which may include check-in procedures, attire, use of equipment, or health declarations. These policies are set by the venues themselves, not by ViFit.

 

If you have questions about a studio’s facilities or policies, please reach out to the studio directly before attending your session.

 

11. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Singapore. Any legal matters or disputes arising from your use of ViFit will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
