Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy : [1] You may cancel your booking more than 12 hours before the session start time to receive a full session refund. The session will be returned to your account for future use. [2] Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time are non-refundable and the session will be forfeited. [3] Exceptions may be reviewed by admin, and any approved refund is subject to processing fees. ViFit Studio Access : [4] For sessions at ViFit Studio, you will receive a door PIN that is valid from 15 minutes before and after your scheduled session start time. [5] If you need any assistance, our team is always here to support your practice.
