Self Practice Eligibility : [1] To ensure safe and effective practice, all users must attend at least one instructor-led session before booking a Self Practice Pilates slot. This helps us get to know your experience level and ensures you’re familiar with the equipment and studio flow. Cancellation Policy : [2] You may cancel your booking more than 12 hours before the session start time to receive a full session refund. The session will be returned to your account for future use. [3] Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time are non-refundable and the session will be forfeited. [4] Exceptions may be reviewed by admin, and any approved refund is subject to processing fees. ViFit Studio Access : [5] For sessions at ViFit Studio, you will receive a door PIN that is valid from 15 minutes before and after your scheduled session start time. [6] If you need any assistance, our team is always here to support your practice.
